About this workshop
Bringing Baby Home (BBH) is a program for new parents experiencing the transition to parenthood. BBH is a research-based and research-tested psychoeducational workshop developed by Dr. Julie Schwartz Gottman and Dr. John Gottman, one of the world’s leading research scientists on marriage, relationships and families. The workshop is dedicated to improving the quality of life for babies and children by strengthening their families.

Couples who are already parenting an infant or toddler (ages 0-3)

In addition couples learn about:
How to improve communication, compromise and connection with each other
Post-partum mood disorder and gain awareness of treatment options
What to expect
The workshop consists of a combination of lectures, demonstrations, role-plays, videotapes and communication exercises.
The fee includes Bringing Baby Home Couples Materials Set. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day. Lunch is not included.
About the Educator
Matleena is a Counselling Psychologist working at The MapleTree Center DMCC in Dubai. She has worked with individuals, couples and families for 20 years. She is in the process of becoming a Gottman Certified Couples Therapist.
